Debra Mitchell Educational Consultant & Associates, Inc. (DMECA) is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing educational equity for Pre-K through 12th grade students across all 67 Florida counties.

DMECA provides structured advocacy access, board-awarded scholarships, and parent education initiatives to support families navigating complex educational systems.

We believe families deserve clarity, preparation, and equitable access to the support necessary to make informed educational decisions that impact their children’s future.
